Sarah is passionate about helping her clients recognize their resilience and ability to succeed through difficult moments in their life. She has provided services in domestic violence shelters, foster care agencies, inpatient programs, and facilitated outpatient services. Sarah has experience treating a variety of mental health diagnosis including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. She utilizes CBT and DBT as well as play in her sessions. She enjoys using a strength-based approach to help individuals reach their goals.

Jessica is passionate about early intervention for and treatment of eating disorders and has earned the Eating Disorder Training Certificate through the completion of a nationally recognized comprehensive eating disorders training program.
Jessica is a passionate advocate for mental health care and works to reduce the stigma associated with therapy. She is very active and believes movement in therapy helps children engage in the process; whether it's playing soccer together or going for nature walks, Jessica is always up for an adventure!
For the last 15 years, Rose has utilized equine therapy to help clients practice the skills necessary to meet their goals in treatment and life. Rose has extensive experience in treating PTSD and has a passion for helping children & veterans recover from trauma. Her other clinical interests include: depression, anxiety, ODD, ADHD, and serving the LGBTQ Community. Rose believes that all people are deserving of happiness, healing and second chances.

As a combat veteran and military spouse, Cassandra has spent over a decade cultivating a profound commitment to supporting military families and navigating challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. With extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, Cassandra dedicates herself to collaborative work with families, children, adolescents, and adults. Cassandra is a Gottman-Method trained clinician and specializes in working with couples. She also holds certification in grief counseling. She is currently offering telehealth throughout the state of North Carolina.

Aubrie brings decades of experience to the practice and strongly believes in offering a holistic approach to managing mental health symptoms through compassionate psychiatric care. She believes everyone is capable of change and embracing their full potential. Her number one priority in establishing care is making sure each patient feels safe, accepted, respected, and heard.
Aubrie offers medication management services combined with therapeutic techniques. She is able to assess children and adults for ADHD and develop a comprehensive treatment plan for this and other mental health struggles.
Emma grew up with a passion for horses and frequently volunteered with a program that paired rescue horses with children facing mental health struggles. This is where she found her passion for psychology leading to the completion of her BA in Clinical Psychology from Randolph-Macon College where she was the president of the IHSA team. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, she began pursuit of her master's degree and clinical internship.
Emma's clinical interests include offering play therapy, art therapy, and equine assisted therapy to children. She also has experience with CBT and DBT.
